The 1979 Brewers played in Vancouver

1979 the Milwaukee Brewers managed by George Bamberger the former Mountie played in Vancouver vs the Vancouver Canadians. Harry Ornest owner of the Canadians had Bob Beban PCL Umpire behind the plate but had local umpires Howard Chapman, Ed Jenzen and Ken McIntosh on the bases. Harry Ornest did not pay the local umpires but he did charge their families to attend the game. I (Ken McIntosh) obtained a baseball signed by George Bamberger and Brewer thirdbaseman Sal Bando.
