Carlos Garcia coach of the Pirates is the 3rd former Canadian

Carlos Garcia first base coach of the Pittsburg Pirates was with the Vancouver Canadians in 1998.  This makes Garcia the third coach of the present Pittsbugh Pirates staff to play in Vancouver.
