Billl Hitchcock Vancouver Mounties mangager

1961 found Billy Hitchcock managing the Vancouver Mounties.  Hitchcock had managed the Detroit Tigers in 1960 then in 1962-63 he managed the Baltimore Orioles.  Billy finished his managing career with the Atlanta Braves 1966-67.
