In 1957 Cuban pitcher Sandy Consuegra had a 7W 1L record in 44 games for the Vancouver Mounties. The next year Consuegra did not want to pitch in Vancouver thus he was traded to Havana for Joe Hatten who had a 9W 7L record for the 1958 Vancouver Mounties.
