Former New Westminster Fraser Sigman named Vancouver Canadians manager

1991 saw Lee Sigman a former New Westminster Fraser named the manager of the Vancouver Canadians.  The Vancouver Canadians were a Milwaukee Brewers farm club.  The Canadians ended the year with a 56-76 record under Lee Sigman.
