Former 2002 Canadian Blanton signs 3 year contract

Joe Blanton a 2002 Vancouver Canadian has signed a 3 year $24 Million contract with the Philadelphia Phillies.  One of the Phillies sttarters Joe was 12W 8L in 2009.
