Charlie Lau was a Vancouver Mountie

Charlie Lau played for the 1961 Vancouver Mounties.  From 1956 until 1967 Charlie Lau was a catcher for various Major League teams bouncing up and down until 1962 where he stayed until retirement in 1967.  Lau then went on to be a hitting guru teaching young hitter a new way drive the ball as he described in his book " The Art of Hitting .300".
