Segment #8 Homestays

Our son Scott housed an Australian pitcher Grant Reynolds in 2003. Grant threw during the season in pain. At the end of the season Reynolds went to see Dr. Andrews. Dr. Andrews found that Grant Reynolds had 8mm movement in his elbow where it should have more than 2mm. Thus Grant went through Tommy John aurgery replaceing the legament.
Grant went through 13 month rehibilitation but unfortunately he was not able to comeback to the form Oakland A's felt that was required thus he was released in 2004.
Grant is married, teaching and living in Florida at present.
